  Fishing with Tweed Guide (and Bill!) was an absolute pleasure. For my first attempt at fishing in the UK, I could not have chosen a better guide service to use. Not only was Bill incredibly knowledgeable about everything from the stretch of river we fished to proper casting technique, but he was also one of the most gregarious and kind individuals I have met. As a teacher, he was straight forward and easy to understand, as well as incredibly patient. His advice helped me so much, and I had a wonderful day on the river. Bill brings so much to the table as a guide, from decades of fishing experience and expertise to his outgoing nature and upbeat personality. I wholeheartedly recommend Tweed Guide for any Scottish adventure, and had one of my favorite days of fly fishing ever with Bill. A wonderful service run by great people. If you are fishing Scotland, make sure to fish with Tweed Guide!

  A brilliant introduction into Salmon fishing. Excellent tuition into spey casting and two handed rod techniques, followed by a fabulous day on the river. Our guide was skilled, patient, and great company. And we caught a Salmon :)
